Send Eileen Frederick to Lourdes
Help Eileen's fight with Familia Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (FALS) Eileen is the second in her family to be diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease. Her father was the first in 1982 and he passed away May 1, 1984. Now 29 years later, Eileen has been given the same blow her father got. Fortunatly, advancements are being made, and they have pinpointed the mutated gene (c9orf72). Hopefully a cure is not long off. But if we can get Eileen to Lourdes, France...the family is certain she will get a miracle! Read more about the upcoming May 31, 2013 fundraiser and how to make donations at www.friendsofeileen.net Thank you all, and please keep praying for her and her family!

Julie's Search for a Kidney
Julie Johns (age 25) of Lynwood, IL is in need of a kidney. "I was diagnosed with HSP at age 7 and received my first kidney transplant at age 15, in which my brother was the donor. The kidney was able to last me ten years until my body began to reject it. I have been trying to find a donor and haven't had any luck. I've been put back on dialysis until I can find a donor. If you are willing to donate or know of someone who is, please contact me and my family at 219-677-5300. Thank you for taking the time to read. God bless you."
