July/August 2008 schedule no later than MONDAY, June 2nd either
in writing to the Parish Office or via email: .
Please note that the July/August schedule will include SJE
Fest Weekend (July 19 & 20) and the Assumption of the Blessed
Virgin (Friday, August 15).

Masses in the New Church
We will have our FIRST TRAINING SESSION for Lectors, Extraordinary
Ministers of Holy Communion, and Hospitality Ministers in
the NEW CHURCH on Saturday, May 17th from 10 AM to 12 PM.
The schedule is as follows:
- Lectors: 10:00 AM
- EMHCs (EMs): 10:30 AM
- Hospitality Ministers: 11:00 AM
- Sound System Ministers: 12:00 PM
- Fellowship (Coffee Bar) Ministers: 12:00 PM
All Lectors, EMHCs, or Hospitality Ministers that are scheduled
for Masses from May 17th to June 15th are strongly encouraged

Altar Servers Please attend one of the following training sessions in
the NEW CHURCH: either Tuesday, May 21st or Wednesday, May 22nd from 5 to 7 PM. For more information, please call P.J. Anderson at 365-5678 x263.
Reminder to All Liturgical Ministers
Please remember that if you are unable to fulfill your assignment,
it is your responsibility to obtain a substitute. If you are
unable to find a sub, PLEASE call and leave a message on the
Sacristy phone at extension 240.
ALTAR SERVERS and MC'S: Please remember that athletic shoes, flip-flops, open-toed sandals, and jeans are not acceptable attire.
