Deacon Paul Krilich
Deacon, Adoration Chapel Coordinator
Bio
I earned a degree in Chemistry/Education at NIU, taught high school for 10yrs, became a concrete contractor, and became a Secular Franciscan. My wife and I have 7 beautiful daughters, 1 son (Fr. Joe), and 19 grandchildren. Although raised in the city, we chose to live on a farm in St. John.
Responsibilities
I preside at Benediction and Rosary every Sunday evening, help run two Secular Franciscan Soup Kitchens in Gary, and help my wife and my daughter keep the Adoration Chapel running smoothly.
What do you enjoy most about your ministry?
I enjoy having the opportunity to touch people's lives in very special way and to assist them spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
How can people get involved in your area of ministry?
We are always hoping for more families to attend Sunday Holy Hour, we need people to cook and serve at our Soup Kitchens, and we need more committed adorers for the Adoration Chapel.
